After work, he likes to relax in a completely different way – by fishing. Recently, he broke his record by catching a zander measuring 82 cm and weighing almost 7 kilograms. This is not only an impressive result but also proof that Konrad enjoys challenges and is always looking for new experiences – both in the kitchen and beyond. At Hotel Grafit, he ensures that every guest feels special and that every dish is not only tasty but also visually pleasing and highlights the character of the place.
