Dear Sir or Madam,
On May 25, 2018, the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR) came into force.
In connection with this, we inform you that by using the services provided by Hotel Grafit, all personal data provided is processed for the purpose of carrying out the reservation, registration, and stay processes, as well as at further stages related to the completion of the stay, in accordance with the above-mentioned Regulation.
The administrator of personal data obtained in the above-mentioned processes, within the meaning of applicable universally binding law, is Hotel Grafit located in Kostomłoty Pierwsze, ul. Kielecka 120, 26-085 Miedziana Góra.
Hotel Grafit stores and processes all personal data provided and left by the Guest, in particular: first and last name, home address, e-mail address, telephone number, identity card number. These data are provided voluntarily; however, some are necessary to carry out the service provision process by the Hotel. Hotel Grafit, as the personal data administrator, decides on the necessity of providing specific data in order to properly deliver the offered services.
The Guest has the right to access the content of their personal data, the right to rectify them, delete them in certain situations, as well as the right to restrict their processing. The Guest also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection.
