Regulations

Dear Guests!

The Hotel Management highly appreciates your cooperation in adhering to these regulations, which are intended to ensure a peaceful and safe stay for our Guests.

§1

1. The room in the Hotel is rented on a daily basis.

2. The hotel day lasts from 14:00 to 12:00 the following day.

3. If the Guest does not specify the length of stay when renting the room, it is assumed that the room has been rented for one day.

4. Retaining the room after 12:00 is considered as an extension of the stay. If the guest leaves the room and does not return the stay card, a fee for an additional day will be charged.

6. In case of cancellation or changes to the reservation 90 days before the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.

7. Failure to pay the deposit on time results in cancellation of the reservation.

8. In case of shortening the stay or canceling some rooms 90 days before arrival, the final price remains unchanged.

9. In case of shortening the stay during check-in, the hotel reserves the right to charge Guests for all originally booked nights.

10. There is a strict ban on smoking tobacco products in the hotel - failure to comply with this rule will result in a charge of 500.00 PLN for room ozonation.

§2

1. A Guest wishing to extend their stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival should notify the Reception by 10:00 on the day the room rental period expires.

2. The Hotel considers the request to extend the stay according to availability.

§3

1. The hotel guest may not transfer the room to other persons, even if the period for which the stay fee has been paid has not expired.

2. Unregistered persons may stay in the hotel room from 7:00 to 22:00.

3. The Hotel may refuse admission to a Guest who seriously violated hotel regulations during a previous stay by damaging hotel property or Guests' property, or causing harm to Guests, Hotel employees, or other persons staying in the Hotel, or otherwise disturbed the order.

§4

1. The Hotel provides services according to its category and standard. In case of any complaints about the quality of services, the Guest is asked to report them immediately at the Reception.

2. The Hotel is obliged to ensure:

- conditions for full and unrestricted rest of the Guest,

At the Guest's request, the Hotel provides free services:

1. Providing information related to the stay and travel.

2. Wake-up calls at a designated time.

3. Luggage storage; the Hotel may refuse to accept luggage for storage outside the Guest's stay dates and items that do not have the characteristics of personal baggage.

4. Storing money and valuables during the Guest's stay is done in safes installed in each room.

§6
1. The Guest should notify the hotel Reception immediately after detecting any damage.

§7

1. The Hotel is not responsible for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle owned by the Guest.

2. The Hotel is not liable for loss or damage to money, securities, valuables, other items or objects of scientific or artistic value, if they are not deposited at the Reception.

§8

1. Quiet hours are observed in the Hotel from 22:00 to 7:00 the next day.

2. The behavior of Guests and persons using the Hotel's services should not disturb the peaceful stay of other Guests. The Hotel may refuse further services to anyone who violates this rule.

§9

1. Each time a Guest leaves the room, they should check the locked door and leave the key at the Reception. The Reception issues the key based on the stay card.

2. The fee for a lost card is 25.00 PLN.

3. The hotel guest is financially responsible for all types of damage or destruction of the Hotel's equipment and technical devices caused by them or their visitors.

4. In case of violation of the Regulations, the Hotel may refuse further services to the person violating them. This person is obliged to immediately comply with the Hotel's demands, particularly payment for the damages caused and leaving the Hotel premises.

5. Due to fire safety, the use of heaters, electric irons, and other similar devices not provided as room equipment is prohibited in hotel rooms.

§10

1. Personal items left by a departing Guest in the hotel room will be sent to the address indicated by the Guest. If no instructions are received, the Hotel will store these items for 3 months and then donate them to charity or public use.
